- What qualifies as a group at Rapids Waterpark? A group is defined as an organized visit of a minimum number of 15 guests arriving together under one reservation and payment.
- What is the minimum number of guests to receive group pricing? Single Day group ticket discounts start at a minimum of 15 guests. Birthday party packages start at a minimum of 10 guests, and catered packages start at a minimum of 50 guests.
- How far in advance should I book my group visit? Booking for the 2026 season has already begun, book early and save more to get the best deal and most incentives towards your package. We recommend that you book your event as far in advance as possible to make sure that your group participants have time to plan their trip to the park.
- Do groups receive discounted admission compared to gate prices? Yes! Discounts may vary depending on the package, group size and visit date but Groups can receive up to 60% off Main Gate admission prices of $64.99!
- Can multiple groups visit on the same day? Yes, Rapids is well equipped to handle multiple groups with multiple catering pavilions, birthday party reservation slots and over 40 slides and attractions providing something for everyone.
- Are group visits available on weekends and peak days? Yes, we offer a variety of Weekend and Holiday packages for group visits from tickets, meals, birthday party packages and catering options.
- Can I reserve a specific date for my group? Yes, your group date is reserved once your contract and deposit are received. Not sure about the day you want to visit? Contact our team for planning assistance or buy online for maximum flexibility.
- Is a deposit required to secure my group reservation? All catered events require a non-refundable deposit of 10% with signed agreement. All other Group packages require advance purchase or reservation 72 hours in advance.
- What types of groups do you accommodate? Rapids is the perfect place for group trips each year we host schools, camps, churches, youth groups, sports teams, company outings, nonprofits, social groups, birthday parties, family reunions and so many more!
- Do you offer special packages for schools or summer camps? Yes, we have our Education Day’s weekdays in the Spring where School Groups can get great deals on Tickets and Catering Packages. In the Summer the Rapids has Camp Day’s where you can bring your summer camp for a day of fun in the sun with great savings on tickets, meals and catering packages.
- Are there group options for corporate outings and team-building events? Yes! Rapids is South Florida’s most thrilling office where you can give your employees and their families and amazing day of play with several ticket, catering and add-on packages we can make your day out one your team will never forget!
- Can we host a birthday party? Yes! Rapids offers birthday party packages for groups from 10-20, get a reserved party hour with your choice of meal, free gift, discounted admission as well as a FREE ticket for the Birthday Kid!
- Do you offer exclusive park buyouts for large groups? Our team can bring just about anything to life and nothing is more special than having the Rapids exclusive to your group! With four options to choose from.
- Are nonprofit or charitable organizations eligible for group discounts? If you are a Tax-exempt group, you must reach out to the Group Sales Department at (561)-461-0710 to book your reservation.
- Do you offer group rates for churches, youth groups, or scout troops? Groups of 15+ receive a discount for purchasing tickets in advance through our Group Sales department.
- Are military, first responder, or government groups eligible for special pricing? Yes, any group over 15+ is eligible for special pricing. Don’t have over 15 people? We offer military discounts for single day admission at the front gate!
Prices are subject to 6.5% sales tax unless valid tax-exempt certificate is provided to the Rapids at the time of purchase. Advance tickets, Group Rates and E-Discounts may not be combined with any other discount or promotional offers.
