If you purchased tickets or reserved a cabana for the September 4 Rapids After Hours: Noche Latina event that was cancelled due to inclement weather, your options are outlined below.
Your Ticket Is Still Valid
All dated tickets for the September 4 event may be used for admission on any public operating day during the 2026 season.
Reschedule Your Cabana
Cabana reservations for the September 4 event may be moved to one other public operating day during the 2026 season , subject to cabana availability on the new date requested.
To request a new date, email [email protected] and include:
- Proof of purchase
- Cabana confirmation number
- Preferred reschedule date
