Rapids Water Park will now only accept cash-free payments such as debit & credit cards, and mobile payments like Apple and Google Pay.
Moving to a fully electronic payment system will streamline the payment process so you can spend less time in line and more time having fun!

Only have cash? Stop by one of the easy-to-use Cash-to-Card kiosks at the front of the park. You can convert your cash into a prepaid debit card free of charge. These cards can be used anywhere at Rapids Water Park and at any outside business that accepts MasterCard.

What Payment Types Does Rapids Accept?

Rapids Water Park will now only accept payments such as debit & credit cards, and mobile payments like Apple and Google Pay. We also have a Cash-To-Card kiosk at the front of the park where guests can convert cash into a prepaid debit card.

Is There A Fee To Use The Cash-to-Card Kiosks?

There are no fees to convert your cash to a prepaid card in the park! No fees will apply as long as the card is used regularly After 92 days of no transaction activity, a fee will be charged.

What Information Do I Need To Provide The Cash-To-Card Kiosks?

The use of the kiosks is anonymous- you will not be asked to enter any personal information to load cash onto a prepaid debit card.

Can I Reload Cash On The Prepaid Card?

Prepaid cards are not reloadable. However, you can always load additional cash onto a new card free of charge.

What If I Overdraw or Don’t Have Enough Money On the Card For My Purchase?

Don’t worry! You will not be charged any penalties or fees if you attempt to make a purchase that exceeds the funds on your card. You will need to provide another form of payment to complete the transaction or load additional money onto a new prepaid card at one of the Cash-to-Card kiosks.

What Do I Do If The Kiosk Takes My Money But Does Not Provide a Card?

If the transaction is not completed for any reason, please take the receipt that lists the amount of cash you deposited during your transaction to Guest Relations. Our team will work with the issuer to verify the error and make sure the correct funds are located onto a new prepaid debit card.

What If I Still have Funds on the Card When I Leave The Park?

Not to worry! Leftover funds on your prepaid debit card may be used most anywhere MasterCard is accepted.
