What is included in the birthday party packages?
Birthday party packages include all-day admission tickets, 1 hour reserved seating, food and drinks, and a dedicated party host.
What are the meal/drink options for the party?
Meal options often include 2 slices of pizza and 1 large cookie per guest. You can choose 3 soft drink dispensers (choice of water, fruitpunch, lemoande, sweet tea, unsweet tea, coke, diet coke) Unimited refills. Drinks will be ordered with server during serving time.
How many guests can I invite to the party?
Minimum amount of guest is 10 guests + 1 Free birthday child. Up to 9 add-on guests can be added for a additonal fee.
How long is our reservation for?
You will have an 1 hour reservation at our birhtdya pavilion located by the wave pool. THis where you will eat and cut cake. You must leave this area once your serving time is over. You can rent an additonal cabana for the whole day or find shaded area throughout the park to setup.
What time should we come to the park?
You will recieve all-day admission tickets for the park please check hours of operation.
Can we bring cakes to the park?
Yes, you can bring cakes to the park. Upon arrival, please stop at Window #1 at the front gate to hand over your cake. We do not allow ice cream cakes. We will store your cake in an air-conditioned ticket booth area until your serving time at the birthday pavilion. If you are not purchasing a birthday package, we can still hold your cake at Window #1, but you will need to enjoy your cake at our picnic tables located at the end of the park, as we do not allow outside food or beverages. We will hold the cake until you are ready to cut it at the picnic tables.

How do I book a birthday party, and what is the payment policy?
You can book a birthday party online or by calling the park 72 hours in advance. You must pay in full to secure your reservation.
Is parking included in the birthday party package?
No, parking is not.
General Parking: $20 per vehicle. Purchase in advance online.
Preferred Parking: $30 per vehicle offering parking spaces closer to the main entrance than general parking. Preferred parking must be paid onsite. All parking must be paid with a debit/credit card, cash will not be accepted.
Where should we go when we arrive?
Go to Window #1 to check-in and recieve birthday package. Get packages checked & tickets scanned at front gate. No outside food or beverages allowed.
What are the cancellation policies for birthday parties?
To receive a full or partial refund you must cancel 72 hours in advance.
Can we eat and cut cake at the cabana instead of the birthday pavilion?
Unfortunately, no. We do not allow cake in the cabana due to limited space and the potential for mess.
Are cabanas included with the birthday package?
No, cabanas are not included with the birthday package. Rent online or over the phone.
What additional add-ons are available for birthday parties?
Additional add-ons may include souvenir cups, dessert vouchers, and additional pizza thate can be ordered with birthday host during your reservation time.
Can we bring goodie bags?
Yes, as long as they do not contain any outside food/beverages.
