Multi-Million Dollar Park Enhancements Continue
Rapids is in the middle of a long-term, multi-year investment strategy designed to enhance comfort, operations, and overall guest experience.
Many of this year’s updates reflect guest feedback and focus on areas that help make visits smoother and more enjoyable. Throughout the park, guests will notice refreshed slide surfaces and visual improvements to several attractions, along with enhancements to park infrastructure and wayfinding designed to improve navigation throughout the property. Additional operational updates, including enhanced security screening procedures, have also been introduced to help streamline the arrival experience while maintaining a safe environment for all guests.
Guests will also see additions to the park’s food and beverage offerings this season, including Iggy’s Ice Cream, a new location serving premium ice cream and sweet treats. Expanded menu options across the park will also include new favorites like the Big Surf Footlong and the Big Kahuna Burger.
For those looking to elevate their visit, Rapids has also expanded its premium experiences with the addition of new deluxe cabanas, offering guests more opportunities to relax and recharge between rides.
Of course, all of Rapids’ signature attractions will be ready for action when the gates open, including fan favorites like Mega Mayhem, the park’s dueling water coaster, the Big Surf Wave Pool, and more than 40 slides and attractions throughout the park.
Guests looking to make the most of their visit can also explore available options, including cabana rentals, locker rentals, and souvenir drink bottles.
