Please review the following information before reserving a cabana or Sunbrella rental.

Reservations & Park Admission

• Advance reservations are recommended and may be made online before your visit.

• Same-day rentals may be available at the Front Gate, subject to availability.

• Park admission is not included with any cabana or Sunbrella rental. Each guest must have a valid admission ticket or Season Pass.

• Cabana inventory is limited and popular dates may sell out.

Maximum Occupancy

Maximum occupancy varies by rental type and cannot be exceeded:

• Sunbrella Rental: Up to 2 adults and 2 small children

• Standard Cabana: Up to 6 guests

• Riptide Raftin’ Cabana: Up to 8 guests

• Deluxe Cabana: Up to 8 guests

Food, Beverage & Decorations

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the park or inside cabanas.

• Food and beverages may be purchased from available park locations and through applicable cabana service.

• Decorations are not permitted inside cabanas.

Gratuity & Credit Card Hold

• An 18% gratuity applies to cabana rentals and applicable cabana food and beverage service.

• A temporary $100 credit card hold is required for cabana rentals.

• The credit card hold is separate from the rental price and is subject to applicable charges in accordance with park policy.

Weather & Sunshine Guarantee

• Cabana and Sunbrella rentals are reserved rain or shine.

• Refunds are not provided due to rain or other weather conditions.

• If weather significantly impacts your park visit, please review the Rapids Waterpark Sunshine Guarantee for applicable eligibility and terms.

• Eligibility under the Sunshine Guarantee does not automatically reschedule or replace a cabana reservation.

Changing Your Reservation

• A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to request a reservation date change.

• All date changes are subject to availability.

• Reservations may be moved to another regularly scheduled operating day during the same season.

• To request a date change, email [email protected] with your confirmation number and requested new visit date.

• Your reservation has not been changed until you receive an updated confirmation from Rapids Waterpark.

• The first reservation date change is complimentary.

• Additional date changes are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

Cancellations, Missed Reservations & Refunds

• Cabana and Sunbrella rentals are non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, missed reservations or weather conditions.

• Canceled or missed reservations are not eligible for a replacement or rescheduled date.

• Guests who need to change their visit date must submit a request at least 72 hours in advance and receive confirmation from Rapids Waterpark.
