 Rapids Water Park Happy Dad Instagram Giveaway

Official Rules

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older as of the start date. Employees of Rapids Waterpark, their immediate families, and anyone affiliated with the giveaway are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on November 8, 2024 and ends on November 15, 2024 at 10:00 PM EST.
3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must follow these steps:
   • Follow @rapidswaterpark and @HappyDad on Instagram
   • Share the giveaway post on your Instagram story and tag @rapidswaterpark
   • Comment on the giveaway post with the word “happy”
4. Entry Limits: Participants are limited to one (1) entry per Instagram account during the giveaway period. Multiple entries from the same account will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on November 15, 2024. The winner will be notified via a direct message on Instagram from @rapidswaterpark and has 48 hours to respond before another winner is chosen. 
6. Prize: The winner will receive four (4) 2025 One-Day Admission Tickets to Rapids Water Park, a Happy Dad trucker hat, bottle opener lanyard and koozie. Prize may be picked up or mailed free-of-charge.

Additional Rules

• Entries must not contain obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Rapids Waterpark reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with the rules or meet the required criteria.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Rapids Waterpark, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.
• Rapids Waterpark is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues beyond their control.
• The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the prize.
• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
